OUR COVID SECURE PROMISES
We are aware Covid continues to be a concern for our older and vulnerable customers. We introducted a number of Covid related policies to ensure that wellbeing and safety are prioritised for the customer and The OvenCleaning Man during the pandemic and continue to have these in place. If you have any concerns or queries, please do contact us and we will be happy to answer any of your questions and comply with any specific requests you have to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Our Promises to you:

Mike will be observing SOCIAL DISTANCING at all times

He will WEAR A FACE COVERING at all times whilst at the property, from arrival to departure, if requested.

He will only work ALONE in a well ventilated kitchen

He will be regularly HANDWASHING and sanitising.

He will put on a NEW pair of gloves prior to entry to the property

He will (as he always has) use FRESH CLOTHS for every household

He will be following all GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE with regard to working within a customer's home
In return we would ask that you guarantee your household has been symptom free for not less than 14 days prior to the clean, and notify us if anyone in your house develops symptoms within 7 days of the date of the clean.
We would prefer contactless payment but are happy to discuss with you at the time of booking.
