Tiverton Christmas Lights - Pants or Perfect?
Driving home having completed the last oven clean of the evening, I noticed that Tiverton's infamous Christmas Lights have been brought back to life (at the Light Up Tiverton Event last Saturday - https://www.facebook.com/events/224037281389916/
As you may or may not have heard, the lights have been a bit - shall we say - controversial - see this article here from the BBC - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-devon-34919381 with some people claiming they are fun and sparkly and others suggesting that they are are a bit, well, pants.
