Over the Easter holidays, on a rare day off from oven cleaning (!) The Oven Cleaning Man clan went for a walk near Dunsford, on Exmoor. We walked alongside the river Teign as it wound through a steep-sided valley of oak, ash and birch, climbing to the top of Dunsford for great views across the moor. Did you know - rhubarb is a vegetable (it's related to sorrel and dock) ? Rhubarb grows in two crops. The first, which arrives early in the year, is forced, grown under pots, with the main crop grown outdoors later in the year.
